The experienced hiker or the casual walker alike will cross paths with history at every turn here: the Celts and the Mennonites, the Pastor Oberlin or the courageous smugglers of the second world war, have all walked along the trails of the Bruche Valley. Hundreds of kilometres of trails have been carefully marked by the Club Vosgien and will always lead you to new discoveries.

Come summer, the people of the Bruche Valley will guide you along their favourite trails: the “Sentiers Plaisirs” (or Pleasure Trails) are a unique opportunity for families or experienced hikers to discover the Upper Bruche Valley with top-notch guides who know all the stories and legends that have forged the identity of the Bruche Valley and its people.
The “Compagnie des Accompagnateurs de Montagne” and « Trace verte » are registered professional hiking companies who lead special hikes and offer a variety of activities for walkers of all levels and ages.

Please be careful! We urge you to bring a good map pertaining to your itinerary and enough food and drinks to regain strength!
